Dr Carl Arndt is the founder of Fluid Medical and a medical doctor with a strong foundation in family medicine. Originally from Germany and raised in South Africa, he completed his medical degree at Stellenbosch University, graduating MBChB cum laude.
Dr Arndt believes deeply in continuity of care and takes time to understand his patients in the context of their lives, not just their symptoms. His approach blends traditional general practice with modern medicine, focusing on prevention, longevity, and long-term wellbeing.
