Forehead Lines

Forehead lines are the horizontal creases that appear across the forehead from repeated use of the frontalis muscle, which lifts the eyebrows. Over time, constant movements such as raising the brows in surprise or to express emotion — combined with natural skin aging and loss of elasticity — cause these lines to become deeper and eventually visible even at rest.

Botox helps by relaxing the frontalis muscle, reducing its upward pull and preventing repetitive creasing of the skin. This both smooths existing lines and slows the development of new ones. Results typically last 3–4 months, and with consistent treatments, the lines often become softer and less prominent over time.
